A guest or study room is equipped with a sofa bed, thus offering 2 sleeping possibilities, as well as another bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A utility room with a second kitchen, washing machine, and dryer completes the house and can be used by our guests without restriction, making our lakeside house also suitable for a slightly longer (holiday) stay.
