This 180m2 holiday villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
It is located just 1 km from the "Carrefour Market du Mont Boron" supermarket, 5 km from the center of Villefranche-sur-Mer, and 2.5 km from La Réserve beach in Nice.
Bus stop nearby. It features garden furniture, a terrace, an iron, internet access (WiFi), a balcony, electric heating, and parking for 2 cars. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, ceramic hob, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
Etc. 3 bedrooms, all with sea views and a double bed each, a bathroom with a shower, and 1 separate toilet + 1 additional toilet outside on the terrace.
