Accommodation Description Since 2017, renovated houses have been available for booking at Marinapark Volendam.

These come in two interconnected variants, each spread over two floors.

The entrance is located either on the ground floor or the first floor. This includes a house for 6 people with three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.

The ground floor features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet.

On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Also available is a house for 7 people.

Here, you have a choice of three bedrooms, all on the first floor.

Two bedrooms are equipped with a single bed each, and the third with three single beds.

The bathroom with a shower is also located on the first floor.

There is a separate toilet on both the ground floor and the first floor. Both houses are modern and fully furnished.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine.

All beds are single beds with slatted frames.

You will have a garden with a terrace and garden or balcony furniture at your disposal.

Parking spaces are located nearby. Note: On the Belvilla website, cleaning is indicated as optional.

This is correct; however, cleaning is mandatory if you bring your pet.

The apartment may differ slightly in furnishings from the photos shown, but the level of comfort is as described. You will receive a cost overview from the park regarding additional costs/local charges by email.

You must pay this invoice before your arrival.

This will save you unnecessarily long waiting times at check-in, so your holiday can begin immediately. This apartment is not rented out to groups of youths to maintain tranquility. Reservations for groups or parties of individuals under 21 years of age are not permitted. This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only.

Bookings made on behalf of companies will be canceled, and any applicable cancellation fees will be charged. Pets must always be requested in advance and are subject to a mandatory final cleaning. Pets must be indicated during the booking process due to availability. This accommodation is located in a holiday park.
