Beautiful old flat in a traditional Viennese townhouse, built around 1903, on the 3rd floor. There is a lift which can be reached after 7 steps.
The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms and a living room/bedroom. All 3 rooms have a large wardrobe. As is usual in the old Viennese town houses, there is a bathroom with washbasin and bathtub. The WC is located in a separate room.
In the large bedroom there is a double bed 1.80 metres wide, in the smaller bedroom a double bed 1.40 metres wide. This room is in a quiet location with a view of the inner courtyard.
The living room has a dining table and a sofa bed, which can also serve as a sofa bed for two people with a width of 1.60 metres. The windows face a large, wide street, so it is very bright, but you can also hear the traffic noise.
Directly opposite the house is the underground (line U6) as well as a bakery and a supermarket, tram (lines 40, 41 and 42) and Citybike station around the corner, nice restaurants within walking distance (burgers, Indian, Italian, cafés, Austrian home cooking, vegan, etc.), in 10 minutes in the old town or on the Danube Island.
Everything your heart desires can be found in the immediate vicinity:
