This listing includes both the upstairs and downstairs units of our duplex, providing ample space and privacy. This means that you’ll have two full kitchens and two full living rooms, with all the comforts and amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
All 3 bedrooms feature a king-sized or queen-sized bed. These comfortable beds are dressed with luxurious 100% cotton sheets, down feather pillows, and down feather duvets. Watch the 55" / 42" Insignia™ 4K UHD Smart Fire TVs or opt to enjoy a restful sleep. Both master bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms, and the downstairs master bedroom includes a jetted bathtub. The additional bathrooms feature combination shower and bath options. All bathrooms are stocked with 100% cotton towels, hair dryers, and cruelty-free unscented toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with appliances and supplies, as well as a blender, toaster, and Keurig Duo coffee maker. Bask in the refreshing salt air and witness breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific from your private patio directly overlooking the ocean.

It's an older home. We've worked hard to cherish the history of the home and elevate it with a fresh new design.
Please be aware this is a duplex, and this listing is for both the 1st and 2nd-floor unit.
The home does not have air conditioning and the central heating is currently inoperable. To keep guests comfortable, we have stocked each room with a space heater.
The home requires you to enter using stairs. There is the main spiral staircase and another one at the back of the home that is wider and easier for maneuvering luggage inside the home.
While my first priority is ensuring my valued guests enjoy their stay, I have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of my neighbors and community. Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, I encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.
PETS
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property.
DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.
