The house is composed of: dining room, kitchen with stove , fridge with freezer compartment, stone sink, radio, SAT TV and DVD player utility room with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.
Steep wooden staircase to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 room with 1 double bed , fire-place, exit onto the back of the garden.
The house was restored by maintaining its original character – this means walls made of stone, beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and furnishings in Tuscan style. Please note: All additional costs, as well as the security deposit, are to be paid on the spot, IN CASH. The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN. The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay. Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00 Departure between 08:00 and 10:00 To be paid on the spot Not included in the rental price: Refundable Security Deposit in cash (mandatory): 200.00€ Pets (on request): 40.00€ per pet per week Included in the rental price: Bed linen and towels (weekly changed) Final Cleaning Electricity Tourist tax

Celerino ist ein mega netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Wir haben von ihm Wildschein kaufen können und dieses mit Kräutern aus dem Garten zubereitet. Er hat ein Paradies geschaffen. Aĺle Wanderungen haben wir von dort starten können und auch ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!!

Wir hatte eine tolle Woche in einem wunderbaren Haus in wundervoller Umgebung. Natur pur. Der Vermieter spricht Deutsch und ist ein mega netter Mensch und sehr Hilfsbereit. Er hat ein Paradies geschaffen, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen.
Es liegt abseits anderer Häuser und ist über einen eigenen Zufahrtsweg zu erreichen.
Wir wurden von dem Besitzer sehr freundlich empfangen und durch das Haus geführt.
