The family-friendly holiday home ‘Haus Tanegg’ is located in Igls (Innsbruck) and offers a wonderful view of the Alps.
The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a guest WC and offers space to sleep 7 people.
Facilities also include WLAN with a workstation for working from home, satellite TV, a washing machine, tumble dryer, children's books and toys. 2 high chairs are also available.
Please note that towels cannot be provided.
The house is barrier-free, the stair lift for wheelchairs leads directly from the entrance to the first floor.
In addition, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are located on the ground floor and are therefore ideal for people with reduced mobility.
This holiday home offers a private outdoor area with a large garden of 1 hectare, a balcony with relaxing mountain views, a balcony and a barbecue.
There is a children's playground right next to the driveway and there is also a public tennis court behind the house.
Parking is available on the property and a caravan can also be parked in front of the house.
Pets, smoking and events are not permitted.
The accommodation has step-free access and an indoor area.
A lift is available in the building.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy but very accessible house. Comfortable beds and a washer and dryer. Walking distance to delicious pizza and park with toboggan and small ski run.

Riesiges, uriges Haus mit tollem alten Holzbalkon, von dem aus man gut Gewitter beobachten kann.
Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt zu Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert.
Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können. Es waren noch Pfandflaschen und alte Kaugummis der vorherigen Besucher zu finden. Außerdem war es in den Zimmern sehr staubig. Aber die Küche war sauber.
Durch die vielen Bücher der Besitzer fühlten wir uns ein bisschen wie Eindringlinge (die Vermieterin haben wir nur per Mail kennengelernt, was ja in Ordnung ist.)

Mooi huis, met een leuke sfeer, genoeg ruimte. Veel spullen om te koken aanwezig. Gastvrije eigenaresse die ons alles uitlegde over de traplift.
Goed om te weten als er iemand in een rolstoel zit: die kan wel zelfstandig naar buiten, maar als hij/zij alleen is niet ook zelfstandig naar binnen omdat de automatische deur dichtvalt en alleen te openen is met een vingerafdruk van de eigenaren. Andere optie is met een knopje boven de deur de stan...
