The accommodation is located in the versatile L’ Ultima Spiaggia complex in Sardinia.

The complex is just a few meters from the gently sloping sandy beach, which is ideal for families with small children.

In the complex, you will find a beautiful pool area that invites both young and old to splash around together.

Restaurants, various sports facilities, playgrounds, and much more are also available to guests.

A team of experienced animators ensures unforgettable holiday moments for the whole family.

Public barbecue areas and a launderette are also available.

WiFi is available in the complex. The bright and modernly furnished Mobilehome Happy Relax offers space for a maximum of 6 people (including at least 1 child up to a maximum of 12 years old/60kg).

The accommodation has one bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed.

In the living area, a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space.

The well-equipped kitchenette is also located in the living area and features a gas stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, a typical Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a bidet, and a sink.

The semi-covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers invites you to relax comfortably while the children can let off steam on the playground or by the pool and make new friends with children from all over the world.

A barbecue area is available in the complex.

Air conditioning is available.

If desired, half-board or full-board can also be booked on-site.

Note: If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible, as we have several properties of the same type. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season.

However, the booking period/rental price remains unchanged. BEACH Guests have access to a beautiful, gently sloping beach that is ideal for families with small children who enjoy splashing and playing in the shallow water.

The beach is largely public, allowing you to comfortably settle in on the warm sand.

For the more action-oriented guests, various water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, or diving are offered on the beach.

Those who wish to explore the beautiful coves around the complex can take a boat trip and discover many wonderful beaches. POOL The beautiful pool area invites the whole family to enjoy, splash, and dive together! The various pools are playfully connected by small rocks and waterfalls, making the complex even more exciting for children and giving adults the feeling of being in the tropics.

There are many plants, trees, and sunbathing lawns around the pool area.

For a quick snack, you can grab a bite or a refreshing drink at the pool bar.

For sports enthusiasts, animators offer various water sports classes. FAMILY FRIENDLY The holiday village offers a mini and baby club.

The animation team organizes workshops, group activities, sports tournaments, theme parties, and themed evenings daily for children and adults.

The team also organizes fun and entertaining evenings, dances, disco, and evening shows.

You and your children will have the opportunity to make new friends from all over the world.

There is a beautiful playground in the complex where your little ones can play to their heart's content. SHOPPING The holiday complex has a supermarket where you can find fresh groceries as well as a selection of everyday items.

Within a few kilometers, there are further shopping opportunities that invite you for a stroll. BOARD The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchenette with a gas stove, cutlery, dishes, pots, a typical Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also in close proximity.

A delicious restaurant, where you can enjoy Sardinian specialties, is also located within the complex.

You can, of course, also opt for half-board or full-board.

These can be booked on-site (advance booking is not necessary). PETS One pet up to a maximum of 30 kg is welcome upon registration when booking.

The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of €120 if a dog is brought along.

If everything is in order upon departure, the customer will receive €100 of the deposit back, and €20 will be retained for extra cleaning. SPECIAL The final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided.

The accommodations are checked afterward to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at €40.

High chairs and travel cots must be ordered when booking if desired or reported at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
