This family-friendly accommodation is located in the Polynesia holiday residence in Croatia.

It is located directly by the sea not far from the beautiful town of Umag.

The town centre of Umag is just a few minutes' drive away.

The sea is just a stone's throw away, making the holiday residence ideal for families.

Entertainment for young and old, a playground, sports facilities and various catering options round off the perfect family holiday.

Those who prefer to swim in the pool will find a large swimming pool for adults and older children in the complex, and there is also a great children's pool for the little ones.

While the parents work off their energy with sports such as tennis, cycling or horse riding, the children can have fun at the Mini Club.

In the evening, you will find a restaurant with delicious food and a great programme from the entertainment team at the resort.

A laundry service is available.

The very simple and functional studio offers space for a maximum of 3 people.

It has a combined bedroom/living room with a double bed or two single beds and an additional sleeping area on the sofa bed.

A satellite TV is available.

It has a kitchenette with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, WC and washbasin.

The terrace/balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified when booking remains unchanged. BEACH The beach is just a few metres from the Polynesia holiday complex.

The beach stretches along an extensive promenade, either plateau or pebble beach.

Here you can enjoy the sun and swim.

The paved paths offer families with pushchairs ideal conditions for a comfortable and cosy day at the beach.

There are various leisure activities on the beach: Windsurfing, pedalos, banana boat and much more.

The clean water has been awarded the Blue Flag by the FEE (Foundation of Environmental Education).

POOL The pretty pool area is 1000m2 and is located directly by the sea.

There is a children's pool with a water feature and a great pool for adults and older children.

Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge in the large area around the pool.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way.

Every day there are various sports programmes such as water aerobics, football or volleyball and for the little ones (5-12 years) there is the Mini Club with daily attractions.

There is a playground right next to the beach.

In the evening there are various programmes with live music, dancing and magic.

If you need a baby cot, you can request one at reception.

LEISURE AND SPORT If you want to keep fit on holiday, you are spoilt for choice: tennis courts, cycle paths and walking trails await you.

In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme for every day with water aerobics, aerobics, group dances and much more.

There are also ping-pong tables in the holiday village and a mini-golf course nearby.

Golf, horse riding or football could also be part of your daily programme.

If you prefer water sports, you can hire a pedalo or jet ski, go canoeing, banana boating or windsurfing.

SHOPPING The resort is located just a short distance from the centre of Umag.

There you will find various boutiques and other shops where you can fulfil your every wish.

If you only need something small, you can also shop in the mini-market in the holiday complex.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee machine and fridge.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

The holiday complex has a restaurant serving a wide variety of dishes.

There is also a pizzeria, a beach restaurant, a bakery, a fast food stand and a snack bar.

If you would like to make use of breakfast or half board, you are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary).

PETS Two pets are allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.
