It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, one on the first floor and one on the second floor (without a door), and a children's room with two single beds on the first floor.
The living area also has a double sofa bed, which can accommodate two more people.
The well-equipped kitchen is also located in the living area and includes dishes, cutlery, cooking pots, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathrooms on the first and second floors are each equipped with a shower, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet.
There is also a separate toilet with a sink on the ground floor.

LOCATION
The holiday resort is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It is also a short distance from Caorle, Bibione, and Venice.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Duna Verde and Porto Santa Margherita are part of Caorle, but are located slightly outside the town. Nevertheless, you will find everything you need in both villages. There is a great beach, many different restaurants, bars, cafés, and discos, as well as shops. Duna Verde offers plenty of green space, inviting you to take leisurely walks or bike rides. Porto Santa Margherita, as its name suggests, is known for its marina with over 1000 boats and is popular with tourists. Both places have their own section of the beach and are separated from the town of Caorle by the Livenza River. If you enjoy visiting museums, you will find several in the villages and do not need to travel far.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal im Villaggio A Mare und wussten was uns erwartet. Überzeugend sind der schöne Pool und die gut gepflegte Anlage, die Liegen am Strand und die tolle Bar. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, aber das Gesamtpaket stimmt.

Wir kommen mittelrweile seit 5 Jahren in diese Anlage und sind begeistert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Pool und Bar sicherlich ein Highlight. Auch die Strandnähe ist toll. Eine echte Empfehlung

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern da und es gab sogar Platz für die Grosseltern. Eine tolle Unterkunft für die ganze Familie und trotzdem hatte jeder seinen Bereich. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Das Schwimmbad ist ausreichend gross und der Strand wunderschön.
