Situated on the first floor without an elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to tourist sites, space, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...
The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchen open to the living room with a sofa and television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Guest access The apartment is fully equipped.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and you will have access to the entire accommodation. Interaction with guests The Bnb Groom Services team is delighted to welcome you to Nice.
Keys can be picked up at our agency, Bnb Groom Services.
We can also arrange for key handover at the apartment depending on your arrival time and our availability.
Please share your arrival information with us as soon as possible.
We will be available to advise you before and during your stay, reachable by phone or email, to ensure your vacation goes as smoothly as possible. The neighborhood Place Garibaldi and Place du Pin are highly sought-after and lively areas in Nice.

The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Getting around Access to the accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take line n°2 towards Port Lympia and get off at the final stop.
The journey takes approximately 30 minutes, and this stop is located 300m from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private vehicle transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Nice-Riquier SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away, allowing you to easily visit Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton, or even Italy.
You can also access the apartment by car and park in the adjacent streets or in the public parking "Promenade des Arts" located nearby. IMPORTANT - HOUSE RULES: For security reasons, prior to arrival, an online check-in must be completed via our Yaago application, where the person responsible for the booking must provide their ID.
The accommodation must be returned in a reasonable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighbors, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
Failure to comply with these instructions may result in a deduction from the security deposit or cancellation of the stay.
