Located in Ruhland, the studio apartment Obere Ferienwohnung im Nebengebäude has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
As sleeping option there is a french bed available with 1,40 m width. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels.
On top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. Guests of this studio can take advantage of a communal outdoor space with a pool (accessible upon request), a garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.

Vom Gastgeber haben wir einfach u. unkompliziert eine bessere (größere) Unterkunft bekommen!
Ruhiger schöner Garten mit Pool und Pfirsichen die schmackofatz sind.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren.

Unterkunft und Ausstattung einfach aber in Ordnung.

Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Für mitgebrachte Fahrräder steht eine Garage zur Verfügung.
Die Fahrt zu den Seen mit Fahrrad ist nicht einfach. Radwege nicht so gut oder nicht immer vorhanden. Die Seenlandschaft hat perfekte Radwege.

Das Haus hat einen schönen Pool und die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und alles ist vorhanden was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Jeder muss wissen was er von seinem Urlaub möchte. Zur Erholung und Ruhe zu finden, können wir es nur weiter empfehlen. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Vermietern der Familie Leupold.
