Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 35 m² studio apartment in Montévrain which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Sleeping area with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Montévrain, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Die Lage ist gut. Es gibt Supermarkt, Bächerei, Imbiss, Shopping Mall und Bahnhof in guter Laufweite. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Der Check-In-Prozess ist etwas kompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, die Wohnung selbst, sowie das Haus sind okay aber nichts für hohe Ansprüche.
