In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash. 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease): - 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall) - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational) - proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account. The place is perfect for anyone who wants to see the Eiffel Tower every time they step out in the morning or return home in the evening. The beds are very comfortable, and all the necessary appliances are provided. I really enjoyed my stay here.
