the apartment offers a haven of peace, it is located in a flexible area, below the building, thus offering tranquility and freshness. It is accessed by a staircase located in the entrance corridor of the building.
Our spacious and comfortable accommodation includes three welcoming bedrooms: two are equipped with 140 x 190 double beds and the third with a single bed plus a baby bed, perfect for ensuring restful sleep for our visitors.
The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as all the necessary seasonings and kitchen utensils (cutlery, knives, forks , plates, pans, etc.).
The bathroom, separate from the toilet, is equipped with a hairdryer, a first aid kit, and we provide soaps, shower gels, towels and sheets for your comfort. For fitness enthusiasts, free weights and exercise equipment are also available.
Relax in our living room equipped with a connected television, offering a wide choice of free entertainment such as pluto tv, molotv, youtube, including free access to Netflix and primevideo (on demand) to enjoy countless films and series during your stay. Take advantage of the desk space in each room, ideal for working or studying, with a laptop at your disposal.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Idéalement placé pour visiter Toulouse à pieds et possibilités de stationnement devant l’immeuble.En sous sol la lumière manque vraiment Attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite ça n’est pas adapté. Efforts à faire sur la vaisselle en quantité minimaliste et très mauvais état (tasses ébréchées, cassées) petit tour à action pour renouveler le stock suggéré car c’est pas cher :-)
