I have rented in various countries for many years, have been coming to Nice for decades, and found this rental fulfilled our needs.
Pro: great location with both food and transport nearby, clean, bright, elevator (rare in Nice's tourist rentals), roomy, quiet.
Con: bath - you need be slim and agile...
