Wonderful duplex with large terrace, garden and pool that can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 fully furnished bedrooms on the second floor; one of them has a double bed, balcony, closet and private bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms have two single beds each. There is another full bathroom with a shower. Both bathrooms come with fresh towels ready to use upon arrival as well as bed linen.
The living room area is on the first floor and it has 2 single sofa beds and it is the ideal place to relax after enjoying a day out around Barcelona. The rental penthouse has heating, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer. We provide with everything you need so the only thing you need to do is enjoy your stay!
The fully equipped American kitchen is also located on this floor. This rental accommodation is also fully furnished and equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer and glass ceramic hob. You can surprise your friends and family with some homemade cooked meal. Wireless Internet connection for those who cannot be ¨offline¨. This accommodation in Barcelona has private parking facilities available upon request for those who chose to come by car. the parking cost is 25€ per night and per car

Really a great apartment. Nice area of Bcn. Incredibly well decorated, same as pictures. Kitchen is fully equipped you only need to buy dishwashing liquid. Plates, dishes, cups,cutlery all available in the apartment. Tv worked fine, we were able to change the languages of some shows so that was great !
