These Beach Houses are directly on the beach and offer splendid views of the coastline and the sea. The beach houses sleep six. This accommodation has three bedrooms, of which one upstairs and two downstairs. The upstairs bedroom and one downstairs bedroom have two single beds. The other downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed. The lounge area is equipped with a television and the kitchen has a dishwasher, combination microwave oven, a coffee cup machine and a kettle. The beach houses are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

The beach houses all have an outdoor terrace accessed by a set of stairs. The terrace can be secured with a stair gate. A cot can only be placed in the living room. You can collect the Child's wagon free of charge at our bike rental service (during opening hours).
The beach is yours
A holiday park whith plenty to do. Your chalet or bungalow is almost on the beach. And from your Beach House, it just takes a few steps to dip your feet in the sea. What more could you ask for? Start your day with a few hours of sunbathing. Or rent a surfboard if you want some action. Head back to the park, where the little ones can tinker in the Kids Club, or where the slightly older kids can play in the ChillZone. Or everyone heading to the pool. On such a long water slide, everyone becomes a child again, your age doesn't matter. Then, on to the Beach Club. Here, you can gaze out over the sea with a drink in hand. What a day, what a holiday, heavenly.
Looking out over the Oosterschelde
Whether looking left or right, you'll see beautiful beaches. The Blue Flag on the Banjaardstrand down the road is a type of European charter that says: this beach is one of the cleanest in Europe. Now who doesn't want to be there? Had enough of the beach for a bit? Then take a look at what Kamperland and its surroundings have to offer. Like Zierikzee and Veere. Where in many places you still feel like you've gone back in time. Or the impressive storm surge barrier that protects Zeeland. Opportunities for fun trips abound. Enjoy!
The bowling alley at Roompot Beach Resort is now closed. You are welcome to come bowling at De Parel at Hof Domburg. This is about a 25-minute drive away.
Roompot house rules

• The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
• The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
• If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.
