The apartment is a non-smoking area, and events are not permitted. You will stay near the ski stadium and numerous hiking trails, including the famous Partnach Gorge.

Shops are reachable within eight to ten minutes on foot.

A comfortable walking path along the Partnach leads you to the town center.

The north side faces Mittenwalder Straße, but all living and sleeping areas are oriented to the south and southwest and offer plenty of sunlight.
