The Cosy Lodge, registered with the Toulouse City Hall under number 3155500552, is ideal for a tourist stay, visiting friends or family, or for business trips (close to Airbus, Purpan, Blagnac Airport, Zénith, Cité de l'Espace, Ernest Wallon Stadium, and Toulouse Stadium). Located in a quiet area in the Lalande district in northern Toulouse, it is easily accessible by car (via the ring road, exit 12) or by public transport, bus or metro (line B, La Vache station). Free street parking is available.
Pets are not allowed. For leisure activities, you can stroll or cycle along the banks of the Garonne Canal, visit Sesquières Lake (4km) and its water sports activities centered around the two water ski lifts at Wampark, explore the Argoulets sports and leisure park (5.5km), relax at the Calicéo aquatic fitness center in L'Union (7.5km), or even catch a Stade Toulousain rugby match (5km)! We also recommend visiting Toulouse and taking a cruise on the Garonne River and the Brienne Canal, a unique way to discover the Pink City… The 85m² apartment is located on the upper floor of the owners' house and offers a perfect setting for relaxation with its large 20m² covered terrace and spacious living area.
Access is via the shared internal staircase with the guest rooms.
It comprises an entrance hall, a 50m² living area including a lounge with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area opening onto a covered terrace; a suite consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a large dressing room, and a shower room with a walk-in shower.
A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) is also available.

Reversible air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. WITHOUT A CAR: From Toulouse train station: a 12-minute walk to metro line B (Jeanne d'Arc stop) - take bus number 29 towards "Fonbeauzard Mermoz" and get off at "Collège Rosa Parks" - a 7-minute walk to the gîte (total journey time: 37 minutes).

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans l’appartement qui est fidèle à la description faite sur le site . Très beau logement près des commerces , décoré avec goût , il bénéficie d’une grande terrasse abritée et de calme . Les propriétaires sont adorables . Nous reviendrons c’est certain .

Logement agréable, très bien entretenu et au calme.Propriétaires très aimables et accueillants.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.Toulouse est une ville à visiter, beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire (cité de l'espace,place du Capitole,...). Merci à Catherine et Francis pour l'accueil chaleureux.
