Villa Melodia is a real treat in the historical upper part of Praiano.
The house has been recently renovated with great taste, enhancing the typical local ceramic and terracotta for its colorful floors, enriched with modern comforts and air-conditioned rooms.
You will appreciate the spacious terrace with a beautiful view over the horizon, Conca Dei Marini, and the Cilento peninsula; the patio is well-appointed with a large Vietri ceramic table and chairs. You access the property from the central living room, furnished with a table, chairs, a sofa, and a TV (with Air/Cond).
From the living room, you will enter the master bedroom (with Air/Cond), including a king-size bed and wardrobe, a beautiful balcony with a sea view, and a full bathroom that includes a washbasin, toilet, bidet, and shower.
From the living room, you go into the beautiful kitchen featuring a large wooden table with chairs, a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and an Italian-style coffee maker. The top floor is reached by a small staircase and features two rooms: a bedroom with a double bed (with Air/Cond) and wardrobe, and an additional room that can be used as a bedroom on request (note this room has no Air/Cond but a FAN).
This room has access to a rear terrace with a partial sea view, equipped with a small table, sun loungers, and chairs.
The top floor has a full bathroom with a shower and a separate cabinet where a washer with iron and ironing board are located. You are close to some of the busiest tourist destinations in the world, like Capri, Positano, and Amalfi, and the frenetic beaches of the nearby towns.
However, when you want peace of mind, you are living in a tranquil haven in your home.
The village center is a mere 10 minutes' walk down.
You will have, at less than 2 minutes, your local bus stop of Flavio Gioia that loops Positano and Praiano until late at night, and at circa 10 minutes, the main SitaBus stop of the village.
