Villa Azzurra is a charming 2-story villa located in the tranquil urbanization of Sesmarias, Albufeira, which comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, making it the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. The living room is spacious and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, offering a bright and comfortable environment for moments of rest and socializing.

The dining room, integrated into the same space, is spacious and invites you to share meals with family or friends, with direct access to the exterior, where natural light enters and makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom en-suite with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, providing privacy and comfort, as well as a guest bathroom with a shower, ideal for added convenience during your stay. On the first floor, the villa has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, decorated in a simple and comfortable manner.

This floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub and access to a magnificent terrace, perfect for enjoying the Algarve's sun and mild climate. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with complete convenience. Outside, guests can enjoy a fantastic private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on hot days, a barbecue area perfect for outdoor dining, and a ping-pong table that guarantees fun moments.

The spacious outdoor area provides a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the best of summer. Located near beautiful beaches, restaurants, and Albufeira's main attractions, Villa Azzurra offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Algarve. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, flexibility may be possible in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before making a booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This is a self-catered property.

For your convenience, grocery hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.

However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.

We can also arrange transfers if you require them. Group deposit: €150 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6. From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
