Charming villa for 7 people with pool, terraces, and hypnotic sea views, on the outskirts of the lovely Praiano, on the Amalfi Coast.
Preferring Praiano, a charming seaside town halfway between Positano and Amalfi, over the more crowded resorts of Sorrento and Positano.
Villa Jacaranda, nestled into the hillside with spectacular sea views, offers great charm, contemporary comfort, and easy access to the beaches of this famous coastline.
Access to the villa is about 500m from the main road, along a pedestrian path.
The nearest paid parking is about 1km away. Outdoor spaces in the Amalfi Coast are generally limited; therefore, with what are effectively two gardens, Villa Jacaranda is quite unusual.
A ramp of 21 steps leads from the villa entrance on the lane down to the ground-floor garden.
Here you can enjoy meals in total relaxation while admiring the fabulous sea view.
Off the side of the garden, a basic outdoor kitchen area with a BBQ and sink is a useful addition for al fresco dining.
A second ramp of 25 steps leads from the ground-floor garden to an upper level, where you will find another charming outdoor space consisting of a terrace and a grassy garden area with a swimming pool.
Lush lawns extend along the pool, offering plenty of space for children to play, while the large terrace is furnished with a table and chairs under the shade of a pergola and sun loungers for relaxing and better enjoying the incredible sea panorama. With a surface area of 110m², the villa's layout makes it an excellent choice for families or groups of friends.
The main part of the villa, comprising the living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, is on the ground floor, while the third bedroom and bathroom are accessed from the upper-level terrace.
A wonderful private terrace, exclusive to the third bedroom, offers the best sea view.
The main entrance to the villa leads directly from the ground-floor terrace into the living room.
Bright and spacious, it is beautifully enhanced by blue tiled floors and simple white plastered walls, with large windows that ensure the room is flooded with light, as well as the sound and view of the sea.
There is plenty of space to relax on the two-seater sofa (which converts into a sofa bed) or the armchair, and the room also features a dining table with chairs for six.
The well-equipped kitchen is separate from the living room and has a door leading out to the garden. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 floors.
All three bedrooms are finely furnished, with large windows and ample wardrobe and hanging space.

A sofa in the living room converts into a (single) sofa bed. Lovely location, lovely accommodation. Amazing view, balcony and great sized pool. We typically parked the car for free 2km away from the accomodation. Buses are great, next time we will taxi. Local restaurants are wonderful and the hill walks home are sobering. 😂. Thank you for sharing your accommodation with my family.

I stayed with 6 girls and we had an amazing trip! Carmen was so kind, energetic, and helpful, making it an incredible stay. The area had great dinners around it and easy access to grocery stores. It felt very local and away from the overwhelming tourism of Amalfi and Positano but fairly easy to get to both those places by bus! Thank you for an amazing trip!

La casa un 10, excelente ubicación, vista mejor imposible !! Se llega a pie a la playa donde salen los barquitos, recomiendo no usar el auto ! Mirar bien donde dejan el auto estacionado, a mi me dejaron una multa, todavía no se porque, se ve que no podes dejarlo varios días. Es lo único complicado de la Costa Amalfitana!el resto increíble!! Carmen una genia !! Volvería !!
