From this area, you can access the outdoor space directly, creating a harmonious connection between the indoors and outdoors. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both comfortable and well-appointed.
This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional W.C., ensuring comfort and convenience. The first floor features the master suite, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, offering complete privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen integrates seamlessly with the other areas, providing practicality and functionality for preparing your meals during your stay. Outside, the villa boasts a charming leisure area with a private pool (which can be heated for an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun. A space with a BBQ and dining table invites relaxed outdoor moments, while the foosball table guarantees fun for all ages. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food baskets can be booked (at an additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them. Group Security Deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests. However, it is possible to accommodate an additional 4 guests, who will be provided with extra beds. Overall it was great but the little things disappointed. For example, bin bags weren’t provided, so we had to purchase our own (after the first one got full). We had to take the bins out - this was outside the compound! We had to more or less clean the entire property before leaving and be out by 10am!
