Arrival information

- You will be asked to pay a deposit on arrival at the campsite.
It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the housework has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked. Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites.
You will therefore have to pay it on arrival.
This tax must be paid directly to our Homair Vacances correspondent or at the campsite reception. Only one car is allowed on all our campsites.
One pitch is provided per accommodation, on your pitch itself. Magnetic card: A deposit is required to open and close the barrier using a magnetic card.
It is payable on arrival, in euros, and must be returned on departure. Even though you can cross the borders of most of France's neighbouring countries without having to show your identity papers (except in Croatia, where checks are systematic), you may be subject to checks (police checks in the country, for example).
You must therefore ensure that everyone on your trip has a valid national identity card (CNI) or passport, so that you can prove your identity.
Driving licences are not accepted as proof of identity. All customers aged 14 and over staying at Camping Neptuno (Spain) must present a valid identity document (passport or ID card) on arrival.
Failure to present a valid identity document may result in refusal of access to the campsite. Taxes and surcharges - Deposit amount: €150.00 - Tourist tax not included - Tourist tax: - Eco-participation: - Please provide a method of payment for the compulsory deposit to be paid on site

El servicio al cliente de Holidu, nefasto..... A lo largo de una semana para una simple pregunta hablé con seis personas diferentes y tengo más de 20 emails.....

La limpieza es muy escasa
La cafetera no funcionaba, la cambiaron y tampoco funcionó. Si solucion fue 3 vales para cafetería, donde bebíamos café 3 veces al día.
El coste de las sábanas me parece demasiado elevado.

La zona infantil
Limpieza nefasta lleguemos y habían migas en la mesa, ducha atascada, wifi de pago, en el bar habían 3 camareros y no servían en las mesas, un tal Arnau del restaurante hablaba fatal a clientes y trabajadores (es el que hacía las pizzas) pedimos 2 pizzas una 6 quesos que muy bien y una Reina sin champiñones y a penas había jamón dulce... Horrible! Las camas y almohadas muy incómodo
