We open the doors to our lovely, air-conditioned pied-à-terre, just a stone's throw from the sea and the iconic Promenade des Anglais.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a Niçois building without a lift. The studio is laid out as follows: you will enter directly into the large living area where you will find: - To the right, a sleeping area with a standard double bed (140x190 cm), a wardrobe, and a desk; the sleeping area is separated by wooden slats. - Facing you is the living area with a dining space (table & chairs), an open-plan fitted kitchen (refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle), and the lounge area with a sofa, Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. - Then, to the left of the kitchen, separated by a door, is the shower room, which includes a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, and a toilet. The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais.
It is also a 5-minute walk from the Alsace-Lorraine tram station, which is line 2 of the tramway connecting the airport and the Port of Nice.
You will therefore be able to get around easily during your stay to explore the pretty, colourful streets of our city. Bed linen and towels are provided by a professional service, as well as welcome toiletries for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
The products provided are indeed welcome gifts to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind.
However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay, as this depends on your personal consumption.

Trip was spoiled by booking process and the involvement of Smartbnb
Short stay was spoiled by hassle and gross inconvenience. Key collection cost us €37. A further €65 to redeposit keys.
Payment of deposit may not work if you have been travelling as IP addresses are apt to change.
