Villa located in the beautiful wine region of Le Bellet in the hinterland of Nice, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Cap d'Antibes, the Var plain and the surrounding green hills.

The villa is located just a15 minute drive from the airport and the center of Nice with lots of shops, restaurants, beach life and the famous flower market on “Cours Saleya” in “Vieux Nice”, the old part of town.

The villa has a fantastic south facing covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and a large dining table with nice views of the valley and the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace gives access to a pool area with a large pool and lounge area.

There are plenty of sofas and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the holiday in full.

The villa offers: an open entrance hall with access to the kitchen, dining room, living room and a guest toilet.

The entrance hall also gives access the "bedroom section" consisting of 2 bedrooms and a staircase leading up to another bedroom.

From the entrance hall you will also find the staircase leading down to a studio including 2 bedrooms and a private terrace.

The large terrace in front of the house offers several cosy corners and openings towards a wonderfully lush garden.

There is space for 4 cars on the property.

Electricity is included in the price up to 600 kWh/week.
