The desk space and the WIFI are provided at the property.
Enclosed garden with garden furniture available.
The tennis courts onsite have been resurfaced and are now available to our guests. Local Area & Tourist Attractions Brittas Bay has been awarded the ‘European Union Blue Flag several times.
This beautiful 5km stretch of sand and sand dunes, is designated as a Special Area of Conservation.
Close by is D Store Daybreak which is open all year around or Excell Stop & Shop/BB Mini Market which is open during the summer months.
Bay Cafe is a well-known café located beside D Store, this popular café serves delicious homemade dishes and sells fresh sourdough bread daily.

If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways: • Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager.
Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property. • Pay As You Go electricity meter.
The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.

Very spacious house, plenty of facilities and very comfortable.
Parking is right beside the house.
WiFi and smart TV work well.
The photos capture everything exactly as is.
Communication with the owner was very good.
