In our home, the apartment in the basement is accessible after the front door via a staircase with its own entrance.
The very bright apartment with its 3 windows faces south (see attachment). The view from the apartment is directly onto our pool, which we operate in the summer months.
It is fully furnished and has a living/sleeping area (double bed 140 x 200 cm, TV), a hallway with a large built-in wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen (hob with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. Free parking space available. If necessary, a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) for 2 persons (children) is also available in the living room/bedroom. A baby crib and a high chair for small children are also available in the house on request.
