Parking information: The entrance height to the underground car park is 1.90 m. Due to pipelines within the underground car park, the height is partially reduced to 1.70 m. We therefore recommend entering the car park with a car height of max. 1.70 cm.
The flat has a large furnished balcony from which you have a great view of the Baltic Sea and the pier.
The flat has a spacious living room with a flatscreen TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with cooker (ceramic hob with touch screen), coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc. leaves nothing to be desired. After an eventful day on holiday, a bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and another single bed (80x200 cm) in a separate bedroom provide relaxation and rest. Both bedrooms have roller shutters. A bright, modern bathroom with an almost ground-level shower and toilet will inspire you.
The house has a lift, a car parking space (clearance height 1.90 m) is available free of charge. There is also a laundry room in the Grömitz Centre, which is equipped with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Depending on availability, you can store your bicycles in the bicycle storage room.
