We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Guests can take direct trains to major tourist attractions such as Piccadilly & Trafalgar Square 5. Mention that Bus stop is just 1 minute away. This property benefits from its proximity to public transportation.
Sudbury Town Station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing easy access to the surrounding areas.
Additionally, Alperton station is located 1.6 km from the property, offering further convenience for commuters. The room on the 1st floor is locked and it is not available for guests.
The bathrooms are on the ground floor and 2nd floor only. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

: The good location, the size and that it is completely uncomplicated to check in and out
That there was no cleaning equipment for the kitchen such as cloths, sponges, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tabs, otherwise everything was fine.

Perfect space for our large family group of six adults and two children. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very close to an underground station on the Piccadilly Line so very simple to get into central London.
