I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.
Our property is only:
- 5 minutes away from the Coop Live and the Etihad Stadium;
- 10 minutes away from Manchester City Centre;
- 15 minutes away from Heaton Park;
- 20 minutes away from Old Trafford Football Stadium;
- 30 minutes away from the Trafford Centre.
Our home is also surrounded by many transportation options to facilitate your needs: we are situated 5 minutes away from Newton Heath tram stop, which allows you to get the convenient tram into the heart of Manchester city centre in under 10 minutes.
There are also many local buses running outside at the bus stop outside the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 pm). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. We do not allow parties, large gatherings (8 max), loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The House was ideal for what we wanted. Down for a weekend to celebrate a birthday. House was easy to find, check in process ideal. All Rooms have good Space and Ensuite. The Sitting Area and Kitchen were a good size and well stocked. The Games Room was Ideal for later at Night. Al in all a Great Property.
