The Space: • 3 spacious bedrooms with cozy bedding (1 king, 2 queens) • Two inviting living rooms with fireplaces and smart TVs • Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and large island • Dining area with skylights and seating for six • Private backyard patio and balcony with mountain views • Full bathrooms with bathtub and shower • In-suite washer and dryer for guest use Guest Access: Guests have private access to the main home, including the patio, balcony, kitchen, and laundry area. Please note: • A short stairway leading down from the main level is blocked off, separating the main living space from a private lower-level suite that is not accessible to guests.
The basement suite is reserved for the homeowners and is completely separate from the rental. • Only the left side of the backyard (with the outdoor table and chairs) is for guest use. • While the space is private, property owners may occasionally pass through the yard. Other Things to Note: • The basement level is not accessible to guests. • The right side of the yard is private and not for guest use. • Located in a quiet residential area—please respect noise levels. Distances to Landmarks: • 12 min drive to Downtown Vancouver • 5 min drive to the nearest grocery store • 6 min drive to pharmacy The Neighborhood: Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Vancouver, just a short drive from downtown.
