Equipped with every major comfort, the apartment is bright and quiet and is perfect for business or leisure stays.
Near the house there are restaurants, supermarkets, clubs and the green areas of the Lambro Meridionale Park and the Agricultural Park
The internal space is organized as follows
- KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, small TV
- BEDROOM I with two single beds and split AC
- BEDROOM II with two single beds and split AC
- BATHROOM with bidet, shower box, washing machine
Additional services available to guests: unlimited WIFI, central heating, iron and ironing board
7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from 15 October to 15 April.
- For check-in after the scheduled time, the following supplement is required
* after 9:30 pm and until 11 pm, a supplement of 25 Euros is required.
If you travel by car, there is the possibility of paid parking nearby the house on blue lines (not guaranteed).
If you are traveling by public transport, the nearest metro stop is 800m away and coincides with the M2 green line station "Piazza Abbiategrasso- Chiesa Rossa"
From Milan-Linate: take the brand new M4 to San Babila, then M1 to Cadorna. From here, take the M2 green line towards "Piazza Abbiategrasso- Chiesa Rossa"
