Information about the host
The luxurious, chalet-Riedij offers you over 250m2 spread over 4 floors enough space for your vacation. You will want for nothing. The house has a top equipment and has been furnished very cozy and with great attention to detail. Some rooms have been renovated with the principle of homeland security in 2017. You will find enough space in the living room or in the cozy eat-in kitchen. You will quickly realize the advantages of the house. Please note the information under "Conditions/Extras" regarding the number of rooms available based on occupancy. The spacious chalet is located in Furna (GR), a beautiful Walser village at 1400 m.a.s.l. In the village of Furna you will find a restaurant as well as a small grocery store (Volg products). There are 2 covered as well as 3 open parking spaces for your vehicles. Winter The skiing area Grüsch-Danusa is only 6 minutes away by car or 2,4 km. The ski area is accessible via a mountain road that is not cleared in black. 4-WD or snow chains are essential. There are five wooden sledges available for your use. We recommend the ski area Heuberge in Fideris. It is small but nice and personal. It offers lovers of the retrospective exactly what they are looking for. Quite classically, there are still 3 copies of the endangered genus of bow lifts. Summer In summer the garden offers among other things with swing, slide and PingPong table a lot of space to relax. A highlight is certainly the bath tub, which also allows a lazy day. There is enough garden furniture and deck chairs as well as an outdoor grill available. Optional / On request: On request we provide a baby crib free of charge. Rental car 4x4 on request The outdoor sauna is included in the price for 2 hours. Each additional 2 hours will be charged with CHF 30.- / 2 hours on site at departure.

Conditions/extras
Occupancy One double bed bedroom is opened per 2 persons. The rest of the bedrooms remain closed. If one room is to be booked per person, it must be booked accordingly for twice as many people. Visitors and guests during the stay must be announced and are not allowed to sleep on the floor or on the sofa. Utilities - All utilities are included at the normal rate. Sauna use for 2 hours is included in the price. (per 2 hours sauna heater on = CHF 30.-) - Final cleaning is included in the offer, but will be shown separately. Visitor's tax is included in the offer, but will be shown separately. - Bed, bath and kitchen linen, as well as bathrobes are included in the price No pets are allowed Private liability insurance is a prerequisite for booking.

Description of the accommodation
The 6 bedrooms are furnished as follows: 5 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (are pushed together to form a double bed each, but cannot be pushed apart) and one double bed room (with its own bathroom) are available. In one of the rooms there is an anteroom with a separate crib for children up to about 2 years old. Each room is individually furnished and covered with fitted carpet. In case of single occupancy of the rooms, the house can also be booked with a maximum of 6 bedrooms. Kitchen-living room: The inviting living-dining-kitchen offers enough space for max. 12 people and has a children's high chair on request. You will find everything you need in a kitchen for cooking and baking. Cooking is done on glass ceramic plates. In addition, there is a large oven, steamer, microwave and a dishwasher. In addition, there are many small appliances such as a fondue set (cheese as well as meat), raclette oven, 3 types of coffee makers, hand blender, cooking and frying utensils in different sizes and much more. The basic equipment also includes all everyday spices and salt and sugar. Vinegar and oil is not available. Glasses, dishes and cutlery is oriented for 24 people. Drying and hand towels, dishcloths and household paper, washing-up liquid, dishwashing liquid and detergent are available in sufficient quantity. Bathrooms / wet rooms There are 4 bathrooms plus one room with its own toilet and lavabo. Two bathtubs and three showers are distributed among the bathrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer, hand soap, enough toilet paper for the stay. Wellness You will find our very popular bath tub with jet and bubble in the garden, which can be used all year round. Also placed in the garden is an outdoor sauna. It is easily operated via the SmartHome from the Ipad. The necessary towels and bathrobes are ready for you. You will also receive bathing slippers, which will make your walk in the winter a little easier. In the bathroom you can enjoy a TV movie in the whirlpool/jet tub or try out the hot tub in the garden. Living room The cozy living room has a tiled stove, which you are welcome to heat up in winter. The wood is at your disposal. Also located is a flat screen 65" as well as DVD player/ BlueRay and video player with a sound system and SONOS. In addition to the main living room there is a side room, which invites you to play games or read. In the adjoining living room we also put up a big Christmas tree for our guests during the Christmas days. Parking place / bike room / ski room The house has a 22KW AC Type2 electric charging station. You may charge your electric car at a discounted rate during your stay. Two covered carport spaces and about 3 outdoor parking spaces are available. Your skis or the bike or e-bike can be locked in a room. Also you have the possibility to clean the bike after a tour at the house. Garden with large playground and fresh herbs In the garden there is a ping-pong table as well as the bath tub, a sauna gondola and 3 types of grills to choose from. You should not lack anything. In a crockery cupboard are for 12 people dishes, glasses and many things, for a cozy barbecue afternoon. There is also a large refrigerator for drinks and a freezer for summer guests. A small herb garden motivates to harvest the fresh ingredients directly in front of the house. Terrace in front of the kitchen In front of the kitchen-cum-living room there is a terrace of over 70m2, sheltered from the wind. The morning sun shines in summer already from 06:00 o'clock over the mountain peaks and animates to enjoy the first morning coffee on the terrace. In the evening, when the wind comes up, you can enjoy a last sip of wine comfortably under the blankets laid out behind the windbreak. SmartHome The whole house has a SmartHome system called "Loxone". Thus, it is possible to control the sauna or the hot tub in the garden comfortably via the existing iPad. At night, among other things, it is possible to set a different light feeling than during the day. The oven in the kitchen can also be easily controlled via an app. The offer is rounded off with a SONOS system in each room. Home office and meeting room For an occupancy of 8 people or more, a meeting room with a large Samsung screen, which can be connected to your notebook via Bluetooth, is available on the 2nd floor. The meeting table is designed for about 6-8 people. The internet connection in the house is stable and can also be used for home office. There is also a digital guest folder available, where you can read all information about the house.
