Surrounded by world class hiking, bird watching, mountain biking, fishing, golf, stargazing, platypus watching & sapphires in the Weld River this is your perfect adventure getaway.
Come home from your day to a blazing wood fire & spend the evening telling stories, planning your next adventure then snuggle into your fresh cozy beds.

Close to the pub with live music & quiet too if you fancy an early night! Spend your valuable holiday close to what you love with plenty of activities including hiking, mountain biking, birdwatching, gem hunting, trout fishing & the gateway to the Bay of Fires is just 40 minutes drive down the road at St Helen’s a perfect day trip. We also have a secret waterfall not far from the house and also almost guaranteed platypus sighting near by, just ask for details when you book ❤️ Guest access Full access to the house & yard.
There is plenty of room for an RV & a huge grassed area where the kids can kick a ball or have a game of cricket.
Top up the batteries or have a proper hot shower.
Great for a couple of days "off the road" to recharge on your Tasmanian Adventure. Other things to note Keep an eye out for Eddie the Echidna & Wally the Wombat, our local residents often snuffling about on the property.
Remember to look up - there are often wedge tailed eagles soaring in the sky above and the yellow tailed black cockatoos float in every evening to feed in the local trees.
