This beautiful 2-bedroom villa with a private pool in Kalithies, Rhodes, blends luxury with a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. Inside, you’ll find stylish interiors, a spacious living room with entertainment system, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and two elegant bedrooms with premium linens. Outdoors, the private pool is surrounded by loungers, shaded seating, and a veranda for al fresco meals. A welcome basket and personal check-in add a warm touch, while the villa’s tranquil setting makes it a true retreat. A car is recommended, with shops, cafés, bakeries, and mini markets just a 3-minute drive away.
The villa’s location makes it an excellent base for exploring the authentic charm of Kalithies. This traditional village offers historic gems like the 19th-century Church of the Assumption, as well as cozy tavernas, local honey, and handcrafted souvenirs. Surrounded by olive groves and hills, the area is ideal for hiking or enjoying the outdoors. Within a short drive, you can reach beautiful beaches, vibrant towns, and the best of Rhodes’ cultural and culinary highlights.
Guests are kindly asked to respect a few house rules for a smooth stay. The villa should be left tidy on departure: dishes and utensils washed, bins emptied, fridge cleared, and rubbish removed (otherwise a €25 fee applies). Barbecue use requires cleaning, and all damages should be reported to the hostess. Due to Greek plumbing, no litter is to be flushed in toilets—blockages incur a €150 charge plus repair costs. Pool use requires showering beforehand, umbrellas must be closed when not in use (damage replacement €200), and towels should not be used for makeup removal. Linen stains or unreported damages may result in replacement costs.

Was worried about cleanliness, turned out to be spotless. Pool area was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for lounging around all day. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking meals, which was nice compared to other rentals I've tried.

Genoten van het kijken naar de zonsondergang vanaf de veranda met een kopje koffie. Alles voelde hier zo ontspannen, vooral bij het zwembad. Het was makkelijk om urenlang gewoon van de ruimte te genieten.
