With a surface area of 119 m², this apartment on the 9th and top floor, with elevator, can accommodate up to 6 people and features :
- a magnificent 230 m² terrace with Jacuzzi, offering breathtaking panoramic views,
- a summer kitchen with plancha and worktop,
- an inviting living room with custom-made furniture, bathed in natural light,
- a fully-equipped modern kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- one bedroom with king-size bed 180 cm,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- three bathrooms with shower,
- 2 separate WCs,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, Wifi, air conditioning,
- one underground parking space.
Access to the swimming pool and Sofitel services is available at an additional cost.
Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 p.m.

Amazing penthouse apartment with panoramic ocean views! This was a perfect home base for our 5 nights in Biarritz. We are a family of 5 so the 3 bedrooms were just right for us. We spent most of the time on the deck enjoying the views and having our morning coffee and a bbq dinner one night. Thank you guys for everything!

Ce logement est une merveille !Depuis le gentil acceuil de faustine, tres gentille et bienveillante, jusqu a cette vue epoustouflante sur l ocean, a 180 degres, depuis toutes les pieces. Jusqu a l équipement parfait et l emplacement a courte distance a pied du centre de biarritz, du phare, belles valades.Un creve coeur de quitter cet endroit!!!!!Un bijou de location!
