All apartments feature a comfortable living area with satellite TV and stereo system, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a shower room. Apartment 5 "Karwendel," Apartment 4 "Brauneck," and Apartment 1 "Schönberg" also have a dishwasher. All holiday apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi. The advantages for our house guests :: Summer:: - Terrace with barbecue area - Sunbathing lawn on the sunny side of our house - Cycling tours/mountain hikes possible directly from the house 1 reserved parking space is available for each holiday apartment. Arrival We usually welcome our guests between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, or by appointment Apartment Description Bookable for up to 2 people Studio apartment - open living space, non-smoking, Kitchenette, dining counter, cozy upholstered seating area, satellite TV and stereo system. Sleeping area (for 2 adults - double bed), shower room/WC. For additional guests, the "Ferienzimmer Nord" (North Holiday Room) (2 persons) and/or the "Ferienzimmer Süd" (South Holiday Room) (3 persons) can be booked in addition to the holiday apartment as further bedrooms with shower/WC.
