Die Lage ist gut.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Jede Bewegung im Treppenhaus ist hörbar, wie auch jedes Türenschlagen in der Nacht. Alle Nachbarn sind ebenfalls bei jeder Bewegung hörbar. Damit ist ein ruhiger, entspannter Schlaf unmöglich. Die Wohnung hatte einen deutlich sichtbaren Wasserschaden im Hauptraum und im Badezimmer. Das Schlafsofa hat eine Struktur, die beim Schlafen hinderlich ist.

The flat is protected from street noise by being in a house inside another courtyard (first floor, narrow stairs, no lift). The rooms are a good size apart from the kitchen which is tiny and pretty basic (NB has no oven). A short walk from Place du Clichy and Pont Cardinet metro stations, surrounded...
