This luxury villa of 200 sqm is on two levels.
The ground floor boasts an open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a comfortable living room and two open air dining areas on the spacious verandas . On the same level there is also an office, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room. The top level consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large private veranda, a twin bedroom, and a double bedroom with separate bathroom. All bedrooms have beautiful sea-view balconies making the most of the spectacular vistas to the Aegean sea sunset and sailboats passing through the Paros-Antiparos channel.
Salty villa can host up to eight guests comfortably . The décor is minimal with soothing grey accents, comfortable furniture and plenty of cushioned lounging areas inside and out under the pergolas and shady trees on the verandas providing relaxation and comfort . Salty villa is ideally located steps away from a small quiet beach just in front of the property and a few minutes drive from other wonderful beaches, water sport areas, typical villages, the port to Antiparos, the airport and Paroikia the main port of Paros. The property is beautiful, the house is really nice, and the owner is so helpful and accessible. We had 5 adults and one 3 year old, and the house was perfect for us. If we lived closer, we would go back all the time. Zero complaints whatsoever.
