This charming, peaceful village house accommodates up to 4 guests.
It features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own shower and separate toilet (one with a 140 cm bed, the other with a 160 cm bed that can be converted into two 80 cm beds). Household linen is included: bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen.
Beds are made up for your arrival for maximum comfort. On the ground floor, enjoy a welcoming living and dining area, plus a fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Tassimo coffee maker. Outside, relax in the 500 m² garden with barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a parasol.
Four adult bikes are available free of charge (1 hybrid, 1 city, 2 mountain bikes) to explore the area. High chair and travel cot provided free of charge.
Non-smoking accommodation.
Free Wi-Fi. All shops are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, medical practice, supermarket, restaurants, bar/newsagent, hairdresser, florist, bike shop, motorcycle accessories store, post office, ATM, and more. Nearby: castles, caves, canoeing, golf, Flow Vélo, hiking, and many outdoor activities. The gîte is in the heart of Saint-Pardoux-la-Rivière, a village newly awarded its first "Villes et Villages fleuris" flower in 2025. Holiday rental insurance is required at booking, and a security deposit is due on arrival (not cashed).

Dès l'arrivée nous avons compris que notre hôte était attentif à bien recevoir: de délicieux produits locaux nous attendaient et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le gâteau et la confiture bio maison, sans oublier le vin Bergerac de qualité et le miel à la saveur exceptionnelle.

Gite très agréable avec un jardin magnifique.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec pleins de très bonnes attentions (confitures, Petits gâteaux, légumes du jardin...)
Le gîte est très bien situé au milieu du Périgord vert, non loin de jolis villages, de lacs...
Allez-y les yeux fermés !
