On the ground floor: Entrance hall with closet, fully equipped kitchen (including induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge/freezer, ample storage, etc.), living/dining room with table for 8, sofas, wood-burning stove, Smart Connect TV (196 cm), laundry room with washing machine, separate WC, a master suite comprising a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and en-suite shower room with WC.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (two bedrooms, one with a desk, each with a double bed (140x190 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm), and one bedroom with a single bed (90x190 cm) that can be used as a playroom), a bathroom with WC - An extra bed is available in one of the double bedrooms.
Your outdoor space:
Enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and sun loungers - Parking for 3 vehicles (depending on size), automatic gate.
- Included in the price: Wi-Fi, baby equipment (cot, high chair, and booster seat)
- Additional charges: Electric heating (daily rate of €12 to €15) - Firewood for the wood stove - Electricity and water billed according to meter reading.

Superbe Gîte tout équipé et sécurisé. Juste un lit en 160 au rez de chaussé serait parfait pour les adultes oû personne âgés et le prix devrait comporter un forfait kwh à la semaine beaucoup plus simple. Très beau gîte je le recommande et tranquil.

Au moment des Location bien regardé tout le linge de contrat, des forfaits qui se rajoutent en plus de Location,maison cher, ménage, fête par la société d’extérieur, mais au moment de départ il faut bien nettoyé la maison, enlever les draps du lit ( pour soulager société qui fait le ménage )
