Price and the house was easy to access and very clean. Neighbourhood was quiet.
No issues with property - was a bit further out of Bendigo centre than we would have liked. No dryer.

When we got there, the host had put the air conditioning on gif us so the house was nice and cool.Instructions were good for operation and entry to house and Wi-Fi.
