This modern and light-filled holiday flat is situated in a well-maintained apartment block right on the banks of the Mera River – in a stunning location between Lake Como and the idyllic Lake Mezzola.
The building is situated directly on the lakeside road of the small village of Dascio, so you’re always right by the water.
The nearest beach is just a few steps away, about 20 metres. A particular highlight is the spacious balcony: equipped with a dining table and plenty of space to relax, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and mountains here – the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a cosy evening watching the sun go down. Sun loungers for the lake are also provided. You reach the flat via the communal entrance and staircase; the stairs lead you up to the unit on the mountain side.
You first enter the central hallway, from which all rooms in the flat are accessible. On the lake side is the living area with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa and access to the balcony.
Adjacent to this is the double bedroom, which also has access to the balcony.
On the mountain side is the twin bedroom with two single beds, as well as the bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet. The flat features light stone flooring and is furnished in a simple, modern and practical style. There is parking available right outside the house – please park in front of the garage in such a way that vehicles can still get in and out. There is further parking available directly opposite, in front of the sports field. In Dascio, there is a small, shallow beach at the river mouth. In Sorico and Gera Lario, there are excellent beaches and swimming spots.
Both beaches are also easily accessible by bike. In Sorico, the beach at La Punta on the headland attracts visitors with its sand and a few shady trees.
From here, you can enjoy a sweeping view across the lake towards the south. In Gera Lario, there are several large, gently sloping beaches with natural sandbanks right next to the marina.
Depending on the water level, the sandbanks are exposed, allowing children to play in the sand.
There are also large sunbathing areas and a lovely children’s playground in the immediate vicinity of the beaches. Both on the headland and in Gera Lario, there are surfing and kitesurfing schools as well as equipment hire.
Both are popular water sports spots with reliable wind conditions. The area is also popular for canoeing and rowing, thanks to the unspoilt nature of the Pian di Spagna nature reserve and the magnificent rowing routes along the River Mera to Lake Como. Liebes LABREVA Team, hatten Glück nicht nur mit dem Wetter, auch mit dem Domizil rundum. Unsere Moutainbikes waren gut aufgehoben und wir waren viel damit unterwegs, am See und in den Bergen, brauchten kein Auto. Auch das Benzin deutlich billiger als in Deutschland.
