Families will find 2 high chairs, a baby cot, and shared toys and books for children. Relax in the private garden with local herbs, use both a covered and an open terrace, or unwind on the balcony overlooking the green hills of the Vienna Woods.
A private barbecue invites you to dine outdoors.
Fruit trees and a compost bin for organic waste are also available. Parking includes 2 shared garage spaces, 1 on-site parking spot, and street parking.

A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. The house is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic, right at the edge of the forest and hiking trails.
