I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, don't worry. Follow these steps to regain access to your account.

Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)

A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation. You must set it up yourself before you can log in.

To create an account as a guest:

1. Go to holidu.com
2. Click Account in the top right corner
3. Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu
4. On the login page, choose one of the following options:
   • Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft
   • Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address
5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup

Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code.

Check for Typos

Verify that there are no typos in your email address or password when logging in. Even small mistakes or extra spaces can prevent access to your account.

Common errors to check for:

• Incorrect capitalization in your email address
• Extra spaces before or after your email address
• Accidentally typing characters from adjacent keyboard keys
• Missing or extra numbers or special characters in your password

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it to regain access to your account.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the Holidu login page
2. Click Forgot Password below the login fields
3. Enter the email address associated with your Holidu account
4. Check your email for a password reset link from Holidu
5. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password
6. Use your new password to log into your account

Make sure to check your spam or junk email folder if you don't see the password reset email in your inbox.
