I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, don't worry. Follow these steps to regain access to your account and manage your reservations.

Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)

A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation—you must set it up yourself. If you haven't yet created an account, follow these steps:

1. Go to holidu.com
2. Click Account in the top right corner
3. Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu
4. On the login page, choose one of the following options:
   • Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or
   • Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address
5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup

Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code. This allows you to access all your past and upcoming bookings in one place.

Check for Typos

A common reason for login failure is a typo in your email address or password. Before trying other solutions, verify your login credentials carefully.

Pay special attention to:

• Capital letters (passwords are case-sensitive)
• Extra spaces before or after your email address
• Numbers that might resemble letters (0 vs. O, 1 vs. l)
• Correct email spelling

Try logging in again with your credentials double-checked. Even a single character out of place will prevent you from accessing your account.

Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password, resetting it is simple and quick. Here's how:

1. Go to holidu.com
2. Click Account in the top right corner
3. Select Log in for guests
4. Click the Forgot Password? link on the login page
5. Enter the email address associated with your Holidu account
6. Check your email inbox for a password reset link (check your spam folder if you don't see it immediately)
7. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password
8. Use your new password to log into your account

Make sure to choose a strong password that you haven't used before and that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters for maximum security.
