I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, don't worry. Here are the most common reasons why this happens and how to fix it.

1. Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)

A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation—you must set it up yourself. Many guests don't realize this and try to log in before creating an account.

To create an account as a guest:

1. Go to holidu.com
2. Click Account in the top right corner
3. Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu
4. On the login page, choose one of the following options:
   • Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or
   • Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address
5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup

Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code.

2. Check for Typos

One of the most common reasons guests cannot log in is a simple typing error in their email address or password.

When logging in, carefully verify:

• Your email address is spelled correctly
• Your password is entered exactly as you created it (remember, passwords are case-sensitive)
• There are no extra spaces before or after your email or password
• Your CAPS LOCK key is not accidentally turned on

Even small mistakes can prevent you from accessing your account, so take a moment to double-check before trying again.

3. Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it in a few simple steps.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the Holidu login page
2. Click Forgot Password below the login fields
3. Enter the email address associated with your Holidu account
4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from Holidu
5. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password
6. Log in with your new password

If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. You may need to wait a few minutes for the email to arrive.
