I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue. This guide covers account creation, common login mistakes, and password recovery options.

1. Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)

A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation—you must set it up yourself. Follow these steps to create your guest account:

1. Go to holidu.com
2. Click Account in the top right corner
3. Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu
4. On the login page, choose one of the following options:
   • Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or
   • Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address
5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup

Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code.

2. Check for Typos

Before attempting other troubleshooting steps, verify that you have entered your login credentials correctly. Even small mistakes can prevent you from accessing your account.

When logging in, ensure that:

• Your email address is spelled correctly
• Your password is entered accurately, including uppercase and lowercase letters
• There are no extra spaces before or after your email or password
• Your Caps Lock is not accidentally enabled

Passwords are case-sensitive, so double-check that you are using the correct capitalization.

3. Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it easily through the Holidu login page.

To reset your password:

1. Go to holidu.com
2. Click Account in the top right corner
3. Select Log in for guests
4. Click the Forgot Password link on the login page
5. Enter your email address
6. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from Holidu
7. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password
8. Use your new password to log into your account

Note: If you don't see the reset email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. You may need to wait a few minutes for the email to arrive.
