How can I change my booking dates on a Holidu reservation?
If you need to modify the dates of a confirmed reservation, you can send us a trip change request.
If you have a Holidu account:
- Log in to your Holidu account.
- Click “My bookings” in the top right corner and select the trip you want to change.
- Scroll down to Reservation details and click Change reservation.
- Select the new dates of your stay and click Save.
- Review your changes and then click Send request.
If you don’t have a Holidu account:
- Open your Holidu booking confirmation email.
- Click the link “Booking details” to access your booking page.
- Scroll down and click Change reservation.
- Select the new dates of your stay and click Save.
- Review your changes and then click Send request.
What happens next?
- Once submitted, we’ll be notified of your request.
- Our team will review it based on availability and the property’s cancellation policy.
- We’ll then send you the updated price (if applicable).
- After you confirm you accept the change, we’ll finalize it.
Note: For properties in France, due to city tax regulations, changing booking dates is not possible. In these cases, you’ll need to cancel your booking and make a new one.
