How Does Holidu Work?

Holidu makes finding your ideal holiday home easy and affordable. Here's how:

We search more than 100 booking sites simultaneously to find holiday homes at the best prices available. All offered prices are bundled into one transparent overview, so you can compare costs across different providers without hassle.

When you find an accommodation you like, simply click on the offer. You can either book directly through Holidu or be redirected to the respective booking site to finalize your reservation. This service is completely free of charge—we never add hidden fees.

To ensure accurate price comparisons between different rental providers, we use advanced image recognition technology that matches properties across platforms.

How Does Holidu Select and Display Search Results?

We understand how important it is to find your perfect accommodation effortlessly. Our website uses a dynamic, self-learning algorithm to sort and display search results based on multiple factors tailored to your needs.

What Factors Influence Your Search Results?

Our algorithm considers the search criteria you input when searching, including:

• Destination: Where you want to visit
• Price Range: Your budget for accommodations
• Number of Guests: How many people the accommodation needs to accommodate
• Accommodation Type: Such as hotel, villa, apartment, or other property types
• Facilities and Characteristics: Features like pool, Wi-Fi, kitchen, and other amenities
• Provider Remuneration: Our platform receives compensation from third-party providers. This remuneration is a factor that may influence the position of listings in search results

How Can You Sort Your Search Results?

We give you control over how you view your search results. Customize the order by selecting your preferred sorting preferences:

• Popularity: Listings viewed or booked most frequently
• Best Offer: Accommodations with optimal pricing or special deals
• Ratings: Properties with the highest guest reviews and ratings
• Ranking Among Similar Offers: Compare listings of similar type and quality
• Click Performance and Booking Success: Listings that attract more clicks or bookings may rank higher in results

Why This Approach Helps You

By combining our comprehensive multi-site search with flexible sorting options, you have both transparency and control. You see all available options with their true prices, and you can prioritize what matters most to you—whether that's price, ratings, popularity, or specific amenities.

This approach ensures you find the best holiday home for your needs without spending hours comparing different booking platforms yourself.
