How do I change my bank details?
Managing your bank details on Holidu is straightforward and depends on whether your account has been verified by Adyen. Follow the appropriate section below for your account status.
Changing Bank Details for Non-Verified Accounts
If your account has not gone through Adyen's bank account verification process, your bank details have not yet been collected. You will only be able to add or update your IBAN once you complete the Adyen bank account verification process.

Changing Bank Details for Verified Accounts
If your account has been verified by Adyen, follow these steps to update your bank details:
- Log in to your account
- Click on the Holidu Logo in the top right corner
- Select "Account"
- Scroll down to Bank information
- Click on "Edit"
A new window will open with your bank details tab. Click on the right-hand side, delete your current IBAN number, and add your new IBAN number.
Verification Methods
Ensure the bank account holder and the Holidu account owner are the same. For companies, the name must match your registered company name. Choose one of two verification methods:
Instant Verification (not available in Greece, Austria, and Italy):
- Search and select your online banking provider
- Log into your online banking account through Tink
- Your banking login data is not stored for security reasons
Manual Verification:
- Enter your details and upload a bank document as proof
- Document must be issued within the last 12 months and show your name and visible IBAN
- For non-EU residents, the document must display the bank location
- Verification may take up to 72 hours
Important Information
- An IBAN (International Bank Account Number) identifies individual accounts worldwide. Find yours in your E-Banking or account statements
- The new bank account must belong to the Holidu account holder
- For company accounts, payments can only go to the company's IBAN registered with Holidu
- Bank account proof must be clear, visible, and recent with both the account holder name and IBAN visible
- Holidu only issues payments to EUR accounts
- Changes to IBAN alongside other account details may take time to update in your PMS
